Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We participate with Emblem (GHI) and with some Excellus Healthplex plans, including Child Health Plus and the Essential Plans.  We also accept most insurances, including CSEA, Guardian, and Metlife.
